Ordering from Rogelli Sportswear is simple and fast. Your order is finalized after you have received the order confirmation in your e-mail box.
Select your products
Select the correct size and click on the "in cart" button. The product is now added to your shopping basket. If you want to order more pieces of one product, enter the desired number. Have you found all the items you wanted? Then click on the shopping cart at the top right of your screen. You will then see your order overview.
Check your order
In the order overview you can check whether your order is correct. Make sure the number, size and color are right. If something is wrong, you can still adjust it now. Prices include VAT.
Choose your delivery address
You can have your order delivered in 2 different ways
1.Delivery to your billing address
Enter your details and leave the bullet on "delivery to the above address"
2. Delivery to an address other than the billing address
Enter your details and change the bullet from "delivery address" to "deliver to another address"
If you order before 3 p.m. in the Rogelli Sportswear Webshop, your order will be delivered on the next working day. Rogelli Sportswear ships your order with DHL for you.
After the order you will receive a shipment number from us with which you can follow through track and trace. You can view the status as soon as we have registered the package with DHL.
You can claim a warranty if the defect is due to a material or construction defect. In consultation with the manufacturer / supplier, we choose the item for repair or replacement of the defect. Damage due to improper use is not covered by the guarantee scheme.
If the purchase becomes defective within 2 years after receipt, you are eligible for the guarantee scheme, whereby the item can be exchanged or the purchase can be canceled.
Our collection is large and is getting bigger! Very nice of course, but that means that not all stores can sell our complete collection. Are you wondering if there is a store nearby that sells Rogelli? Then go to our store locator. Are you curious if they have an item in stock? We understand that, but unfortunately we have no insight to that. Contact the store for this.
You can pay safely in the webshop with ideal and credit card. With every order you will receive a clear invoice with detailed information about the order and the invoice amount.
Are you notified that your payment has failed? First check if the money has been debited. If this is not the case, you can place a new order. Has the amount been debited from your account but you have not yet received confirmation? Then contact our customer service.
Are you still unable to pay? Then check the points below.
Do you have sufficient balance in your chosen account?
Is the payment limit of your account sufficient?
Is the 3D secure code of your credit card activated and set up correctly?
Is the credit card blocked or expired?

Rogelli Sportswear delivers your order within the Netherlands for free with an order of at least € 50. You pay € 6.00 for shipping costs under € 50.
If your order has to be delivered across the Dutch border, we will charge shipping costs of € 10.

Download the 'register product for return' form below to report your return digitally, or print the file and attach it to your package.
You can only exchange and return an item if:
- Within 30 days after receiving the products
- In the original condition with packaging and attached labels
The costs of returning are for your account. If you wish to receive a new size, we will send it back to you at our expense. Insufficiently stamped returns are not accepted and will not be processed.
Register product for return
Do not forget to download the form, otherwise it cannot be completed.
After processing your return, the return amount will be refunded within 5 days to the account number or credit card used to pay.
The costs of returning are for your account. If you wish to receive a new size, we will send it back to you at our expense.

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? That is very unfortunate of course! We think so too, which is why you can also simply return your unworn underwear and shoes. To ensure that you do not damage the shoes during fitting, we recommend that you fit the shoes on soft surfaces (eg carpet) and try them out.
Make sure you do not make the item dirty and return it to us in its original condition and factory packaging.
No, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange or return your order at a store. Of course you can check with one of our partners whether they have the item in stock. To do this, go to our store locator and see which store is nearby.
